Position: Direct-Hire / Full-time (40 Hours per week)
Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 annually

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team specializing in high-end corporate interior projects. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for design, construction, and client service who is ready to take the next step in their project management career. The PM will support the planning, coordination, and execution of premium office interiors, working closely with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing all phases of high-end interior fit-out projects from concept through completion.

  • Collaborate with senior project managers, architects, designers, and engineers to develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.

  • Attend site meetings, take notes, and track progress to ensure alignment with project goals.

  • Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to manage timelines and deliverables.

  • Support procurement activities, including tracking materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

  • Monitor project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and punch lists.

  • Help ensure quality standards and design integrity are upheld throughout all phases.

  • Assist in maintaining strong client communication and satisfaction.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for internal and client use.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in interior construction or commercial real estate.

  • Familiarity with construction documents, schedules, and budgeting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and project management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, or similar).

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

  • A keen eye for detail and a strong interest in corporate interior design and construction.
