Pharmacist-In-Charge (Retail, Compounding, Sterile Compounding) 

  • Location: Monett, MO (Onsite)
  • Position: Direct-Hire / Full-Time (40 Hours per week)
  • Compensation: $145,000-175,000 annually

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist-In-Charge to lead operations for a growing pharmacy in Monett MO. This full-time leadership role will oversee all aspects of retail, compounding, and sterile compounding services. The position offers a balanced and consistent schedule, along with the opportunity to be part of exciting new clinical service initiatives.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Friday: Office/management hours (either every other Friday or 4 hours weekly)

  • You will not be the sole pharmacist during operating hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, including retail, compounding, and sterile compounding services

  • Lead and support a team of pharmacists and technicians, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

  • Serve as a key contributor to developing and implementing clinical service programs, including pharmacogenomics

  • Manage workflow, inventory, and quality assurance systems to ensure optimal patient care

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth within the pharmacy team

Qualifications:

  • Active Pharmacist License in Missouri (or eligibility for reciprocity)

  • Proven experience in compounding and sterile compounding

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Clinical services experience or interest in pharmacogenomics a plus

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
