The Role:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Minimum 10–15 years practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.

• Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role either directly or indirectly leading a team of SAP professionals involved in Application Support of S4.

• Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent.

• Hands-on functional experience working in the following SAP applications/modules:

  • S/4HANA

  • TM (Transportation Management)

  • IM (Inventory Management)

  • EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)

  • LE (Logistics Execution)

• Proven track record of successful SAP triaging as a Functional Lead/Lead Architect.

• History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes.

• Strategic and flexible thinker who can triage timely and workable solutions in a Production environment.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills with experience presenting and fielding questions from senior leaders.

• Ability to interact with all levels of business stakeholders, from executive to field staff.

• Willingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates, peers, management, and users.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own and drive SAP solutions to support customer Schedule to Deliver business function.

• Work either individually or alongside functional architects and analysts to design and implement SAP solutions that meet business requirements, follow SAP best practices, and enrich the user experience.

• Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives.

• Ensure integrity of all solutions in the Schedule to Deliver space through appropriate testing and quality assurance practices.

• Responsible for working with, and providing direction to, 3rd party providers on SAP initiatives.

• Work with senior business leaders to facilitate the business strategy with technology by developing a deep understanding of strategy, process, and business needs.

• Host and drive interactive working sessions with business stakeholders to achieve solution alignment such as blue printing, business confirmation, or testing workshops.

• Assist with the prioritization of demand items in the Schedule to Deliver (S2D) space.

• Directly involved in optimized SAP solution delivery, both planning and execution.

• Functionally own the end-to-end process to ensure that all the enhancements and defects are functionally reviewed, validated, and approved.

• Hands-on experience in driving functional changes as required.
