About:

• Location: Lansing, MI

• Full-time

• Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00a/9:00a-5:00p (PT within this schedule)

• Travel: Local travel to residential homes

The Role:

We’re looking to add to our extraordinary care team. Grounded by our belief that outstanding care is best delivered in a team-based environment, our home health physical therapists collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.

We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.

• Minimum of one year healthcare experience

• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations

• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting

• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule

• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• Healthcare (1+ years)

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

  • Other EMR

  • TruChart EHR

• Valid Regular Driver License (DL) certification/license

• Valid Physical Therapist certification/license in the state of Michigan (MI)
