The Role:
-
Manage requirements and design of key components of the APG CIM solution to meet customer implementation needs at R&D labs and manufacturing sites.
-
Collaborate with engineering heads to optimize and make key decisions regarding CIM architecture.
-
Understand core functionality and its location within the system.
-
Identify customer pain points and provide clear options and solutions.
-
Assess technology and software security risks.
-
Ensure all phases of a project, program, and/or process development are documented, and that necessary information is reported, disseminated, or transferred as appropriate team, ensuring each release of the CIM is fully integrated.

Semiconductor MES, Equipment Automation, Dispatching, Scheduling, Fault Decision, R2R Control, SPC and material handling, and other key factory software.

Software Product Development Life Cycle and Implementation.
-
Software Fundamentals (Design, CIP, Troubleshooting)

Good understanding of modern data architecture.
-
Software Tools – Atlassian tools stack (Jira, bitbucket, confluence).
-
Agile Development Methodology.
-
Java development including Web user interfaces.
-
Demonstrates strong business acumen.
-
Communicates effectively at all organizational levels.

Applies industry knowledge to contribute to achieving objectives.

Proven experience in mentoring and leading technical teams.

Provide clear direction to teams.

Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience required.
