The Role:

Primary Responsibilities and Expectations for This Role

The key goal of this position is to improve our Adobe service operations, ensuring comprehensive coverage during North American business-hours. Second, this role is encouraged to be a key contributor to the enhancement of the Adobe platform and products, supporting the delivery of new capabilities as well as projects. Adobe Technology Environment The role will cover J&J’s entire Adobe technology domain: Adobe Sign platform with multiple consoles serving over 300,000 users Adobe Document and Creative Cloud Apps, cloud-based license management Adobe Document Cloud, mainly Acrobat and Read installations Adobe Creative Cloud product suite with enhancements Main Tasks Perform L3 support, engaging with the business-user, other J&J technology teams and Adobe, as well as J&J’s 1st and 2nd level support partners for all Adobe products, with a focus on Sign and Acrobat. User management process and platform monitoring, maintain automation scripts, address anomalies and enhance our automation Maintain and update formal knowledge for support teams and business end-users Application life cycle management. Support the delivery of new capabilities from a technical and change management perspective. Partnering with our organizational change management team as Subject Matter Expert Contribute to the platform related projects

Skills and Expertise To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and expertise. Solid experience in: managing large Adobe Sign solutions end-to-end and their integration, operated on multiple consoles. Acrobat and the different use-cases related, ideally sign and certificates Knowledge on special configurations, like workflows is and asset working in a global, virtual team, preferably in the health care industry performing L3 support task including business -user, vendor and external support partner engagement in a formal ITMS tool and processes Ideally familiar with: ServiceNow, ITSM support and knowledge management processes Desktop Application management to deploy and update the software in a large PC environment (Win10 and Win11) PowerApps based automation, PowerShell and Python are an asset Entra (AD) and Identity and Access Management based user and license provisioning processes GxP regulation basics IT security fundamentals JIRA fundamentals

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience required.

  • Adobe Product Expertise: Experience managing Adobe Sign and Acrobat, including integration and use-case knowledge.

  • L3 Support: Skilled in resolving complex issues and collaborating with business users, vendors, and external teams.

  • Automation and Scripting: Proficient in PowerShell, Python, and PowerApps for automating tasks and improving platform efficiency.

  • User and License Management: Knowledgeable in Entra (Azure AD) and Identity Access Management for user provisioning and license management.

  • ITSM Tools: Experienced in using ServiceNow and JIRA for managing incidents, requests, and tracking support tasks.

  • Application Life Cycle Management: Capable of supporting upgrades, enhancements, and technical support for applications.

  • Knowledge Management: Skilled in maintaining and updating formal knowledge bases for teams and end-users.

  • Compliance and Security: Understanding of GxP regulations and IT security best practices, especially in regulated industries.
