• Schedule: 12-hour shifts from 6pm to 6am

As an RN Charge Nurse, you will lead with compassion, clinical expertise, and strong leadership skills. Your role involves providing patient care, overseeing unit operations, and mentoring new nurses. Join our client's team and make a difference in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and clinical expertise

• Provide care for patients and oversee unit operations Mentor and nurture new nurses for successful transition

• Coordinate employee breaks and nursing assignments

• Assist with patient care and monitor documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• Clinical Quality (3+ years)

• Valid American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS) certification/license

• Valid RN certification/license in the state of New Hampshire (NH)
