About:

• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Contract: 6+ months

The Role:

• Translate the customers business requirements into Intelligent Automation / RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions.
• Design, build, and configure applications utilizing automation tools to meet business process and application requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures, and scenarios.
• Participate in process reviews to ensure the highest level of process understanding prior to automation.
• Provide technical solutions, develop effort estimation, and define delivery strategy and plans.
• Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and prioritize proposed solutions.
• Perform detailed estimations of proposed automation process opportunities.
• Provide post-Go-Live support to Operations throughout stabilization phase.

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in Intelligent Automation / RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions.
