About:

• Location: Chicago, IL
• Contract: 6 months

The Role:

• Associate responsible for Oracle PA, Primavera, Planview applications at Onsite as part of the AMS support for EBS R12 Application.
• Should have exposure to working directly with Clients (Indian Clients).
• Daily, weekly, monthly cadences.
• Technically capable to work on development activities (Jira Stories) every sprint.
• Experience of working in Onsite-offshore model.
• Able to work independently with the Customers to handle all above applications.
• Associate to single-handedly handle all the above-mentioned applications with minimal support from offshore.
• Associate to be able to come up to the speed and train offshore teams and groom them to handle the issues on their own.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience required.
• Proven experience in supporting Oracle Projects Accounting (PA), Primavera, and Planview applications as part of EBS R12 AMS support.
• Strong understanding of development lifecycle and ability to work on JIRA stories in each sprint.
• Prior experience working directly with Indian clients in an onsite capacity.
• Comfortable handling daily, weekly, and monthly cadence meetings with business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience working in an onsite-offshore model, coordinating with remote teams.
• Ability to independently manage all aspects of Oracle PA, Primavera, and Planview support with minimal offshore help.
